Thanks everyone. I started downloading SP2 before your responses. That seems to be working okay. I turned off automatic updates and downloaded the Microsoft Security Essentials. Next I will load Firefox, Office and my printer driver, and hopefully be good to go. I'll post if I run into any more trouble. Thanks again.
