I tried all the things like CTRL+ALT+DEL deleting explorer and adding a new explorer and that doesn't work. I can't get to the internet because he destroyed my wireless internet and i'm trying to get it back on which is taking a while, I can't get to the control panel, I tried getting in my start menu by pushing the buttons to open it and that doesn't work either. Someone please tell me what to do. I need help! BTW I'm on a friends computer.
