Laptop wireless- won't connect Sunday, October 25, 2009 at 5:53 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Doug Duggins (8 messages posted) I've had this laptop for 7 years; it works fine, and has worked fine with the wireless card for that period of time. Starting a few months ago, I had connection problems- it would just drop the link or whatever. Now it won't connect at all; it can "see" the router, as well as those of my neighbors. I have the right WEP encryption code; it just never connects. My other laptop works fine on the wireless network. I've run through every permutation in the advanced settings I can think of. What else should I try? Thanks!
