WER folders in Local Settings Sunday, October 25, 2009 at 10:31 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by br (13 messages posted) I have rather large folders named WER. in my Documents and Settings -> User ->Local Settings -> Temp folder. The folders contain files called avcenter.exe hdmp and avcenter.exe.mdmp. av center obviously refers to my antivirus avira programme. 1. Can I safely remove these folders? 2.
