Every update you add on to Windows creates a sub folder in Windows all listed as 
$info$. These are used just in case you want to uninstall that update from Add/Remove. 
Pick a tick in the top checkbox to see them listed.

If your short of space then you could delete them but you won't be able to uninstall 
them, get a bigger drive.
