You have a dead mobo. The BIOS chip is hard soldered to the motherboard.
Perhaps there is a slim possibility that it has a dual BIOS chip, which would allow 
you to choose one or other as a part of the BIOS setup. If this were the case (highly 
unlikely) the problem could be easily corrected. You need to examine the mobo documentation, 
available on the ASUS web page. I'm not going to look it up for you.
