The laptop would have some way to restore to factory condition, be it a restore disk
(or a set of them) or an option at the very start of the boot process that accesses
a hidden partition on the hard drive. Check with the laptop's maker to see how you
access it or get a replacement restore disk. If it uses a partition you may have
wiped out your recovery option during the reinstall. The drivers for the devices
would be available from the laptop maker's website, download them from another computer
and copy them to a flash drive or CD if you have to. Your best bet to get this thing
running is getting the proper restore to factory condition but getting the drivers
should at least get it close.
