system shutdown loop Thursday, October 29, 2009 at 11:19 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by billbish72 (1 messages posted) As soon as my Dell laptop starts to initiate a popup box comes on screen saying NT Authority/System C/Windows/System32/Services.exe Terminated unexpectedly Status Code - 1073741482. I can find no reference to this code anywhere. The laptop then shuts down, reboots and repeats the process. It will continue to do this until I press the off button to shut it down completely.
