Sadly, I'm afraid ERD won't do what you are trying to do - it only repairs system
basics and sets out NOT to interfere with settings and the like, which are probably
where your issues lie.
I wish I had constructive input to what WILL work, but am stumped by your issue :-(
I still think that a System Restore to before this happened would have worked - did
you have amy luck with finding earlier Restores ?
