I've filed that one . . . if only XP would come up with the same issues twice, but it seems to have infinite capacity to surprise me with something new :-( Only today the Language Bar insisted on popping up at re-boot. I have notes of half a dozen ways to stop this - none worked. Eventually I did a System Restore and all's well. Maybe the right solution to every XP problem really is to reinstall Windows !! Maybe I'm defeatist.
