memory Loss Friday, November 6, 2009 at 2:37 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Rich Packard (7 messages posted) Xp w/SP3. Noticed the Computer started running slow yesterday. Mainly with internet, checked with provider all is well. However i did a system check and noticed that I have 1 GB of physical memory but only 305 MB available. No programs were open to be using any memory. Virtual is 2 GB with 1.9 available. Could a stick have gone bad but still register as part of the total? if not any ideas?
