Another problem props up after I managed to open the window xp as per your suggestion. As I have insert the user name "D.D.Yue" to the system, it appears that I have created a new account that may not be compatible to the original "administrator" account. As a result, neither the MODEM nor the PRINTER could be connected. After I have deleted the files under the user name "D.D.Yue," I can no longer LOG ON to the window xp again. On the screen, it says click on the user name. But there is no space or icon to click! Any help should be highly appreciated.
