Hmmm . . . that's almost no information at all, and as most processes and hardware
make use of services.exe this is going to be very hard to diagnose.
Perhaps, before going through startup items, you might run in Safe Mode for some
time and see if the problem occurs - if it does that at least saves you going through
your startup items and probably points at a hardware issue, maybe related to overheating.
In fact the lack of information in Event Viewer tends to point to hardware . . .
software usually gives more information as it dies.
