Click on start, settings, taskbar and start menu, then click on start menu tab, then 
click on customize tab, then find the option that says "use personalized menus" (should 
be on the very bottom)and uncheck it.
 That procedure is if you are using the classic start menu, which i'm assuming you 
are using.
