unable to connect to shared printer Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 1:50 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by grm (92 messages posted) I reinstalled xp in my laptop and even though I have redone sharing, the laptop cannot connect. After finding the printer and selecting it, a note advising that the pc server has the wrong driver appears. The pc is running xp and the printer continues to work well with the pc. I also did the home network again and it seems fine. The labtop is wireless and connects to the internet ok (ie 8). Thanks for helping.
