Cmd prompt Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 3:07 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by sandy (53 messages posted) Hi everyone, When I write cmd in the run box, the command prompt box does not appear anymore. It will not open in normal or safe mode. I can put in msconfig and it will run, but just not the normal command prompt. I have also lost the ctrl, alt, delete function. This will not open either.
