This message is always on my computer screen even after restarting. I have a Lexmark
Z32 inkjet printer connected to the CPU (WinXP) by parallel ports. Since the problem
first started, I cannot access my cartridge maintenance program..well, I can access
it but I cannot reset the cartridge monitor after installing new ink cartridges and
more importantly I cannot print out a test alignment page so that I can adjust the
alignment properly. In the past I did this easily and consistently. When I click "align"
the test page does not print, a bubble comes up at the systray telling me the document
failed to print, and another "Inkjet Download" job is added to the queue. I am able
to delete the jobs in the queue line, but not the first one that shows "Deleting-Error-Printing"
under status and SCCD1572_P1 under Port. I am able to print Word documents and
anything else without any problem.
