The desktop has the driver/software from HP and the laptop has MS driver(s). That was how it was before the reinstall of XP on the laptop and it was OK. Not now. I did go through the acquire driver process but it didn't find the driver (I tried letting it find it by browsing because I don't know where to tell it to look/find it). Should I download the driver from HP on the laptop? Thank you, CK.
