Disabling the "Windows can resize the pictures you send in e-mail" dialog box?

Is there a way to disable the "Send Pictures via Email" dialog box that asks you "Make all my pictures smaller" or "Keep the original sizes". I am using Windows XP and attempting to send TIF files with Outlook. Thanks.
