Windows Live attachments Friday, November 20, 2009 at 4:22 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Andy (1 messages posted) Some of our friends send us multi-fowarded e-mails with attachments which, when I click on them, first show a 'Windows Live' box followed by a never-ending pulsating hourglass and the attachments never open. I asked one of them about this and they no nothing about this problem and referred me to this forum. For your info, we are not signed for 'Windows Live' or 'hotmail' and DO NOT WANT TO BE. Can we block these e-mails completely so we don't see them at all? My PC has Windows XP SP 3 and Outlook Expressand McAfee 2009 Total Protection.
