It really does, note that 170MB is only 2% of your drive, which is next to nothing.
My C:\ drive is partitioned to 20GB and the used space varies from 6GB to 7GB, the
range would be huge if I had a 9GB partition. With 20GB, I never even pay any attention
to it. You will always be fighting this problem, until you take Steve's suggestion.
