No change in policy: simply, I think, no ideas what the cause is. It happens :-(
Some things have so many possibilities they are really hard to diagnose using a forum,
and I suspect you have one of these.
Not many people are qualified to interpret a HiJack this file - if you suspect malware
(and its one possibility) then I'd post at SpywareBeware but be sure to read the
pinned posts first.
