SCSI drive missing

I have three SCSI drives in my Precision 650. I used to use Netgear Storage Central but not very good so deleted software and now my third internal SCSI drive has "disappeared". SCSI manager sees and loads it and Windows "System" sees it and says the device is working properly but, right clicking "My computer" disk management does not show it as present. Anyone know how I can mount and assign a drive letter to the drive so Windows can see and access it please?
