The 0x0000004E: PFN_LIST_CORRUPT "bsod" indicates the memory management page file number list has been corrupted, which can be caused by corrupt physical RAM, or by drivers passing bad memory descriptor lists - typically the latter.

-- checked Device Manager?
-- tried deleting the page file and recreating it?
