If you don't see it in Diskmgmt, there's nothing that you can do to make it show
up in My Computer. And if it doesn't show up in Diskmgmt, but does show up during
boot, I'd suspect something is wrong with the drive. I don't know how it can show
up in the device manager and NOT show up in diskmgmt. Something doesn't add up here.
