Question about 'Customize Context Menus'

I have a question about Customize
Context Menus:

Hi, I understand now (after reading the article) how to change/customize the context menus. But I want to change mainly one thing, and I just can't using the tips of the article. Using windows XP, going in the menu in "my computer" or "explorer" >Tools>Folder Options>File Types, on the Advance butten, you can change the actions for a specific File Type. Bue what I want to do, is change actions on "(NONE) File Folder". Clicking on the Advance button, I only can add NEW commands or set any on DEFAULT. But my problem is, that the existing commands can't be removed. The "Remove" butten is light-grey. So, I'm not able to remove commands I don't longer want. May be there is another way of changing (removing) some of these commands. I'd be very glad if anyone could help me here. It's very anoying to have a huge list of commands every time you rightclick a folder.... Tanks allot!
