This is happening because of a Group Policy setting. To fix this do the following:
1. Click START and then Run and type in "gpedit.msc", this will open up the Group
Policy editor panel.
2. Go to: User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Control Panel\Display\Desktop
Themes
3. Double-click on "Load a specific visual style or force Windows classic"
4. Make sure this is set to "Not configured"
5. Now go to: User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Start Menu and Taskbar
6. Double-click on "Force classic Start Menu"
7. Make sure this is set to "Not configured"
That should fix it! Don't tell your IT guy that another IT guy leaked out an insider
secret. Also, be careful when using gpedit.msc and when going into the registry.
Laterz! =8^)
