I'd go with th Malware recommendation. The Admin Password has nothing to do with 
CCleaner not running properly. If it will run in the User Account it should run in 
Admin unless you used Group policy/Permissions to prevent removal of files by Users 
other than the Admin. But then, it should run in the Main ADMINISTRATOR account.
