I have Windows XP Professional SP3.

Now when I click Start on top you have the name of the user for e.g. Administrator
if you are logged in as the administrator. Below that there are the names of the
default browser and mail program.

Below that there used to be the shortcuts of the programs that have been recently
or frequently used.

This place has become empty for me. There is nothing there, no program name comes
up.

Can anyone help me here as to why there is no program name that is coming up. I would
be very grateful if anyone can tell me that.

TIA.
