I had NEVER this "problem" (in 15 years), until today (on 2 computers), maybe it
is triggered by the MS patches of this week, OR MS Security Essentials (MSE), which
run now on my 2 computers.
The answer below works also for me, and also userid signing off and re-sign on again.
It is a shame this problem floats already 7+ years without a solid MS fix!
