This works with Windows XP Professional, SP3. I was having problems with RPCSS using all my CPU at 100%, so like an ID10T I disabled it thinking I could re-enable it later. Not a chance couldn't get into the properties. I came across this and tried it and it worked perfectly... Awesome, I really really would like to thank the person whom posted this registry fix, thanks alot.
