Question about 'Rename the Recycle Bin'

Suggestion re: Changing Desktop (Recycle Bin) Icon in XP. Go to Control Panel, Display, Desktop Tab, Customize Desktop Button, then Select the Icon to change, hit the Change Icon Key -- and Browse to any Icon you Like. Is there any problem with doing this? It seems to work.
