Question about When I choose Shut Down the computer restarts instead Monday, December 10, 2001 at 2:47 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Richard Norgard (1 messages posted) When I choose "Shut Down" from the Start Menu, my computer restarts instead of shutting down; however, this only started happening right after I upgraded to Windows XP Home Edition. It never happened before with Windows 98, so I don't believe it's a driver issue.
