Question about 'Turn off the Flying Paper Animations' Tuesday, March 12, 2002 at 12:20 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by PReDiToR (1 messages posted) I have a question about Turn off the Flying Paper Animations: I was just using a resource hacker to play with "SHELL32.DLL" and discovered that the nasssty animations are stored in there. I would imagine that someone somewhere has the patience to edit this file and make them non-repeating. Or would it just load all the frames anyhow?
