Sharing a xp dialup connection with a win95 comp

i need to connect to the internet with two computors with one phone line, the win 95 machine does NOT have a ethernet card , but it has two printer type ports, a mouse port,---the xp machine has a printer port, a auxillary mouse port, not used,both have modems, but one will have to be n use
