I have a question about Connect to a Windows XP or 2000 system with a Windows 95, 98, or Me system over a Network:

I have two computers, one with Windows XP and the other has ME. The ME is host and they are connected with two ethernet cards, the ME comp is also sharing a cable connection. Everything is working, even printer sharing works, but here's my problem: I cant transfer any files in both directions. When I try it from ME to XP, it needs a password whitch i didnt make. And if i try it from XP to ME it says something like 'acces refused'. Please help me out...
