Not exactly...you stated that if you can't fix the problem (involving a boot disk
for XP) that you have to uninstall, that's not etirely true. Most likely in the case
of not being able to boot back into XP, it'll have to do with your MBR. Here's a
quick little tip on getting into XP through a disk, somewhat like a boot disk for
98.
Visit www.xxcopy.com and download. Then do the following: (in windowed dos)
FORMAT A:
XXCOPY16 C:\NTLDR A:\ /H
XXCOPY16 C:\NTDETECT.COM A:\ /H
XXCOPY16 C:\BOOT.INI A:\
That places the key files on a diskette for your XP booting pleasure.
