I have a question about Identifying
the programs that Windows runs at boot:my computer immediatly tries to connect
to the internet directly after booting.if i immediately connect it's ok but if i
try to connect after some time it gives an error saying the modem port is already
in use.i've tried everything but am unable to find the rogue program that trying
to connect to the internet.please help.
