I have a question about Rename
the Recycle Bin:
The reason I came looking for a tip on renaming the Recycle Bin in Windows XP is
because there is no option on the pull down menu or in the properties window. I
don't understand the tip that tells me to simply enter the properties area. How
do you really rename the Recycle Bin in Windows XP?
