Question about 'Get Rid of the Unwanted Explorer Windows at Startup'

I have a question about Get Rid of the Unwanted Explorer Windows at Startup:

My computer crashed a few days while I was in my "My Documents" folder. Now everytime I boot up, it opens the "My Documents" folder. I can't seem to find where it's coming from, and the computer has been shut down normally several times since. I'm running Windows XP Pro. Any help? Thanks!
