Question about 'Replace Enternet 300 with Windows XP's built-in support for PPPoE'

I have a question about Replace Enternet 300 with Windows XP's built-in support for PPPoE:

Step 6 indicates that "Choose the Connect using a broadband connection that requires a user name and password option, and click Next." Unfortunately, in my case this option is NOT available. The only "option" I can access is "Connect using a broadband connection that is always on". What can I do to fix this ? I tried several settings, still blocked. Any help is greatly appreciated.
