Question about 'Share an Internet Connection' Saturday, December 14, 2002 at 2:58 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Peter V (3 messages posted) I have a question about Share an Internet Connection: I use Sygate Home Network for internet sharing, my Win98SE PC as Server and my WinXP PC as Client. I set all the desired network-settings, and disabled the Firewall on the WinXP PC. Now I have access to the Win98SE PC's shared files, and most important: the WinXP PC is able to PING to whatever website's IP-address. But I still cannot access internet with Internet Explorer, Outlook Express, ICQ, etc. :( Please help! There are presently no replies to this message.
