I have a problem relating to my Win XP freezing. For no apparent reason my system locks up...no mouse activity, no keyboard access. Still have a desktop (no BSD). Only solution is to turn off the power at the wall power strip. Then it works fine for a few hours or days, then...locks up. I have 256 ram, 2-20 GB HD, 250 watt power supply, CD Rom and CD RW. Compaq about 3 years old. 750 mhz Duron.
