I have a question about How
do I make the background of desktop icon text transparent?:
I just wanted to say that I have been wanting to change the text colour of my desktop
icons for a long while now. I have the background of the text transparent. No problem
there. Just would like to be able to change the text colour, to something other than
black or white. I can't change it in the Display Properties. Red text for instance...would
look great on a mostly black background. Is there anyway to do this in XP without
d/l a program? Thank you.
