I have a question about Top reasons for random, fatal crashes in Windows XP and Windows 2000:

Running Windows XP Pro on a Athalon 750mhz (ancient I know!) - my system always seems to crash when I hotsync my palm pilot. Seems like a common problem. Funny thing, is that now my digital camera crashes the system too whenever I upload pics directly from the camera (never used to do that). I tried reinstalling programs and removing/reinstalling the USB controllers through the Device Manager to no avail. I Any solutions that anybody knows would be appreciated. I have 4 USB Ports - (1) USB Root Hub & (2) VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller I also have a HP photosmart 7550 printer connected that works fine. Thanks! Deltamedic
