I have a question about How do get the taskbar and desktop back if Explorer crashes:

I have a few programs running in the system tray, once I restart explorer, or if it restarts on its own, these programs often no longer have icons in the system tray, but are still running as Processes ( not as Applications ). My question is how do I get them back on the screen? Mainly I'm concerned about mirc, which I minimize to the system tray to keep down the clutter.
