Question about 'Clear Unwanted Entries from Add/Remove Programs'

I have an Entry that i can't get rid of in Add/Remove Progz. It's an old Vr. of Kazaa "Kazaa Media Desktop 2.1.1" I tried using the Tips such as using regedit.exe and the correct path but i don't see the Entry in there either. I think i just Deleted the Kazaa folder because i am currently using Kazaa+Lite. Don't know why i did that >_< can someone plz tell me how to remove it from my Add/Remove programs List without screwing anything up.
