How do I uninstall Windows XP, when it is installed twice

I recently decided to reinstall my windows. I inserted the XP installation CD and followed the on screen prompts. The file system i used this time was NTFS. The install went fine. Now my problem is that windows XP is installed twice on my computer. How can i uninstall one of the Windows Xp's on this computer?
