Well after a lot of work I found the solution myself the problem was that there was
a folder in the program files directory it contained 3 files that could not delete
.dlls what I had to do was to log out and log back on as a different administrator
(you must have at least 2 admin accounts to do this and 1 must not have the program
installed) find the files that are giving you problems and delete them you can do
this because the files are not in use unless the other account is logged in if you
are having a similar problem and need any help with it than respond to this message
I will be automatically notified.
