I had the same problem and I worked on it for about 2 hours before I was able to
find a solution. Boot up into safe mode...and go to the run command type in regedit
and hit the edit tap and click on find. in this field type xp ohne.exe. hit the find
button....delete this string...there will probably be only one reference. After you
have done that go to the startup file and delete or rename any references to programs
you aren't sure of....most likely you will see a Icon of two squares inter-connected......this
should solve your problem.....also after you reboot run a chkdsk.
